High Speed Disperser Working Principle

Saw shaped round dispersion disc is rotating in the container/cylinder with a high speed to finish the mixing of liquid and solid mateirals, humidification and dispersion.

1) The circulated paints pigments materials generate whirlpool in the container, so the particle on the surface of the pigment will drop to the whirlpool bottom.
2) It forms the overfall area along the space where 2.5mm~5.0mm distance from the disc brim. It results strength shearing force upon the particles.
3) There are two flows outside of this area upon and down to make sure the effective cicluating and turning around function of the paints.
4) There are different levels under the disc. Liquid with different speeds disperse each other.
