Horizontal Bead Mill Production Report

We visited our customer’s factory who produce cigarette ink in Malaysia last month.
This customer began to use our ZM5K Pin type Horizontal Bead Mill last year.
We checked the machine running condition at the factory processing room.
They used this pin type horizontal bead mill, which is equiped with the same constructin with K60 buhler.
It is Conical ring chamber mill with dynamic gap separation, which is suitable for high viscosity materials grinding.

We check the customer's production report. They can finish 550 kg materials within 3 hrs to reach the fineness below 5 miron by only one time. So they have abandoned their old buhler K60 horizontal bead mill.
We also find the temperature is maitained 35 degree. We enclosed following pictures to show our ZM5K conical ring chamber mill situation.
